Chad Sorensen specializes in operational enhancement and process improvement consulting for hotel and resort properties. Through his significant experience in rooms division operations, revenue management, electronic marketing and distribution, he is able to create operational and revenue opportunities, which substantially increase asset value.

Prior to joining Warnick + Company, Chicago, Chad was a manager with Ernst & Young LLP within their Hospitality Advisory Services group, which is the largest and most comprehensive lodging advisory practice in the United States. Chad also spent eight years managing hotel operations, including five years for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. During this time, his experience encompassed all facets of lodging operations including the opening of the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago. His lodging experience also includes Director of Revenue Management with Hilton Hotels. Prior to his experience with Hilton, Chad directed the launch of the hospitality business sector for a digital media firm headed by the former executives of The New York Times.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Iowa State University in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management.
