Sabir Jaffer specializes in asset management and investment for hotel real estate. He has a broad range of industry experience including general hospitality consulting, asset management, acquisition and disposition, market repositioning and hotel operations. In addition to working with Warnick + Company, Sabir provides consulting and asset management services to a select group of investors and hotel owners under Merit Hospitality Services founded in 2003. Sabir previously worked for Westmont Hospitality Group as General Manager for various full service assets in Southern California. In this capacity he managed the overall operations, repositioning and branding, major renovation projects for hotels owned in a joint venture by Westmont Hospitality Group and Goldman, Sachs & Company. Sabir also held various department management positions at Southern California assets owned and/or operated by InterContinental Hotels & Resorts.

He has significant hotel operations experience, opening new properties, repositioning of hotels and hotel Food & Beverage outlets. He focuses on formation of successful strategies with perspectives on customer retention, internal business controls, financial enhancements and innovation.

Sabir is a business member for California Business Education Association and sits on Board of Trustees for The Destination Fund launched by YCMNET Advisors Wealth Management.

Mr. Jaffer is a graduate of Pepperdine University, with a Masters degree from its Graziadio School of Business and Management – Presidential / Key Executive Program.
