Robert Hayward specializes in development and operational consulting, asset management, brokerage, feasibility and investment analysis, and litigation support for a wide variety of projects within the hospitality, gaming, recreational, and leisure real estate industries.

Prior to joining Warnick + Company in 1996, Bob was Vice President, Hospitality Advisory Services with Young Warnick Cunningham & Company (YWC), a consulting and investment-banking firm recognized internationally for its expertise in hospitality, real estate, and tourism. Prior to joining YWC, Bob was Senior Associate with Willis Associates, a real estate consulting and valuation firm specializing master-planned commercial and residential developments, special use projects, troubled property valuation, and litigation support.

Bob also served as manager of the Real Estate and Hospitality Services (department for the Phoenix office of Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF), an international accounting firm widely known for its consulting and valuation expertise within the hospitality industry. During his tenure with Willis Associates and PKF, Bob focused on financial and operational analysis along with the valuation and economic/market feasibility of various types of hospitality and recreational-oriented real estate projects located throughout the United States. These projects included destination resorts, hotels, golf courses, private clubs, gaming facilities, marinas, and theme parks.

His professional experience also includes a strong operational management background within the food and beverage and hospitality industries with such national companies as Playboy Clubs, Inc., American Airlines/Sky Chefs, and the University Club of Phoenix.

Bob is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the state of Arizona and a licensed real estate broker. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver in hospitality management and finance. Bob currently serves as Chairman of the Valley Hotel & Resort Association and is a board member of the Arizona Hotel & Lodging Association and the Greater Phoenix Convention & Visitors Bureau.
