Warnick + Company performed an operational diagnostic review on the Radisson Knott’s Berry Farm for the owner, Cedar Fair. We orchestrated replacement of the management team on a temporary basis with our consulting staff, made changes in mid-level management, and inserted a qualified general manager to manage the process of a deep turn in operations. The result was to completely turnaround a losing operation into a profitable enterprise.
