For more than 10 years W+C has served as advisor to KEA providing a full range of hospitality services to Miyako Hotels in the US and Japan, including repositioning, brand and management selection, contract negotiations, on-going asset management and union contract negotiations. In addition, we facilitated the sale of their San Francisco assets and provided transition management between the buyer and seller.

We advised in the development of the Miyako hotel in Torrance, California, which is designed to LEED certification standards. The 208-room Miyako Hybrid Hotel Torrance opened in December 2009. Our services in Japan include consulting and asset management for the Sheraton Miyako Tokyo, the Westin Miyako Kyoto, and the Radisson Miyako Osaka.
