Warnick + Company assisted in the strategic planning for the acquisition of this ocean-front hotel with its current owner, Bishop Holdings Corporation (“BHC”). Upon determining that it was in the best interest of BHC to acquire the Property, W+C performed the acquisition due diligence and closed the transaction.

We remain involved as a strategic advisor in the conversion of the resort hotel into an amenity for a cultural and educational campus to support the strategic activities of Kamehameha Schools, the parent trust/owner of BHC. Warnick + Company also asset manages the hotel on behalf of BHC.
