After more than 25 years of experience in hotel and resort operations, development, investment, banking, and consulting, Richard Warnick founded Warnick + Company ("W+C") in 1996 with a goal of providing lodging industry clients with a holistic approach to problem solving and opportunity creation. The core idea was to be able to provide a comprehensive list of services that addressed the broad range of issues faced by developers, operators, owners, and financiers of lodging and recreational real estate.
Capitalizing on the firm's rapid success, in 1999, W+C embarked on a strategy to enhance service delivery to clients and expand the firm's work capacity. As a result of this strategy, offices with highly accomplished principals were added in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, and Minneapolis.
W+C principals and professional staff offer real world, hands-on experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry from site selection and development to managing day-to-day operations to brand and management company selection and negotiation to asset disposition.
