Tommy Pho

Consultant at Warnick + Company

Tommy Pho is a consultant at Warnick + Company with expertise in analysis, financial modeling, and asset management.  Tommy Pho began his career with Childnet after graduating from UCLA with a BA in Economics. Having grown up in the family restaurant business, Tommy decided to pursue a degree from the Culinary Institute of America ("CIA"). After graduating from the CIA at the top of his class he worked in the food and beverage department at the Grand Hyatt Manhattan in New York City where he became interested in a hotel industry career. Tommy enrolled in the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and subsequently graduated with honors with a finance concentration and a real estate minor.

In his role at Warnick + Company, Tommy handles specialized consulting assignments involving complex analysis and financial modeling. He provides research, analysis, and due diligence support for various transactional assignments involving both entity level and single asset acquisitions, and for the firm's asset management and business strategy assignments. 

Tommy is a member of the Cornell Hotel Society (CHS) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
