June 2002 - Warnick & Company has been the strategic business advisor to Montage Hotels
& Resorts since its inception in January of this year. We advised Montage president, Alan Fuerstman,
on the company formation, strategic direction and planning, and we were instrumental in the capitalization
of the venture. Based on the strategic direction that we helped formulate, we sourced the Laguna
Beach Colony opportunity and quarterbacked all aspects of the transaction, from initial structuring,
through underwriting, negotiations, and, ultimately, closing.

December 2001 - Warnick & Company has expanded its national presence with the opening of a
third office, in Chicago, Illinois. Heading up the office is Scott Steilen,
formerly with Ernst & Young's Hospitality Advisory Services Group in Chicago where he oversaw the
consulting and advisory activities for the central region of the country and the Group's national efforts
in the areas of lodging operational and process improvements.

has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the
CCIM Institute. The designation was awarded during the Institute meetings in Chicago, Illinois.

June 2001 - Warnick & Company advised Triple Tree Corporation in the sale
of the Pala Mesa Resort & Golf Club in San Diego County, California to Chesapeake Hotel Group.
November 2000 - Warnick & Company represented Napa River, LLC in the sale of
a Hotel Development Land Parcel in Napa, California to United Pacific Hotel Group. The site
is proposed to be developed as a luxury hotel.
December 1999 - Warnick & Company represented Columbia Development Corp.
in the sale of the 550 South Flower Street Office Building to Standard Holdings L.L.C.
for conversion to The Standard Hotel, Los Angeles.
June 1999 - Warnick & Company opened a Los Angeles, California office
and appointed 27-year veteran, Thomas Morone, principal and managing director.
Prior to opening Warnick's Los Angeles office, Morone was vice president and manager of Collier's
International Hotel Realty - Los Angeles, where he was responsible for hotel brokerage services and was
involved in the sales of a number of hotels in Los Angeles as well as other areas of the U.S.
