Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort – Santa Ana Pueblo, NM

Warnick & Co. Warnick + Company advised Santa Ana Pueblo in the creation of the first Indian-owned luxury resort, the 350-room Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort between Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico. Today it remains the most authentic Native American resort asset, true to the Pueblo’s culture and heritage and indigenous to its surroundings.

Warnick + Company has been involved as the principal advisor and asset manager of this highly acclaimed resort since its inception in mid-1995. Our services included site selection within the 73,000-acre Santa Ana Pueblo reservation, concept development and facilities programming, feasibility, brand/operator selection, deal structuring and contract negotiation, design team selection (architect, interior designer, etc.), financing, development oversight, and asset management. We are currently in the process of financing and developing a major expansion including 150 new guestrooms, a 20,000-square foot ballroom, and significant new recreational amenities.
