Our involvement began with advisory services for Koreana’s first acquisition in the US in 1992, with the purchase of the 400-room Hyatt Wilshire Los Angeles. We have been directly involved in the growth strategy and operations oversight of Koreana’s portfolio in the US, Korea and Japan, which has involved over $175 Million in hospitality related transactions. Services provided include identification of potential acquisitions, due diligence, managing the Purchase and Sale process, repositioning, brand and management selection and negotiations, union contract negotiations, PIP and renovation oversight and Asset Management. |
