Kintetsu Enterprises Company of America (KEA) – Kintetsu, Japan
 For more than 10 years W+C has served as advisor to KEA providing a full range of hospitality services to Miyako Hotels in the US and Japan, including repositioning, brand and management selection, contract negotiations, ongoing asset management and union contract negotiations. In addition, we facilitated the sale of their San Francisco assets and provided transition management between the buyer and seller. We are currently advising in the development of the Miyako Hotel in Torrance, California, which is being designed to LEED certification standards. The Miyako Hotel Torrance will open with 209 guestrooms with hotel public areas and luxury spa, currently scheduled for Fall, 2009. Our services in Japan include consulting and asset management for the Sheraton Miyako Tokyo, the Westin Miyako Kyoto, and the Radisson Miyako Osaka. |
